Mr. Narayan K Seshadri is an Independent Director on the board of IDRCL. With over 40 years of experience across sectors and countries, he is a transformative leader, with wide understanding of emerging technologies, regulations, and consumer preferences. He is Chairman of AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals India and PI Industries. He is director of SBI Life Insurance, Kalpataru Power Transmission, Clearcorp Dealing Systems India Limited, India Debt Resolution Company Limited, Re Sustainability Limited and other companies. He chairs key committees including, Audit, Policy Protection, Investment, Risk Management, HR and others. He is also a Trustee in International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC).

Mr. Srinivasan Varadarajan is an Independent Director on the board of IDRCL. Mr. Srinivasan is a banking veteran and market expert with more than three decades of experience in financial services. His career has spanned commercial banking, Investment banking, International banking, Treasury and Global Markets. He is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of Union Bank of India. He holds an engineering degree from the College of Engineering, Anna University, Chennai and is an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Mr. Avinash Kulkarni is the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) of IDRCL. Mr. Kulkarni is a leading professional in the Financial services sector. He has extensive knowledge in the field of Credit, Treasury, Investment Banking and Stress Assets Management. He has set up the India Resurgence ARC (a partnership with global firm) as CEO (2018-22).

Mr. Arvind Sadashiv Mokashi is the Nominee Director of State Bank of India. He is a well experienced seasoned banker, superannuated after completing 40 years of unblemished & successful inning in the Largest PSB, SBI. Domain Expertise in Corporate Credit, SME Credit, Resolution of Stressed Assets, overall Business Development and Administration. Exposure in handling Clients of Large Corporate, Mid-Corporate and SME portfolio.

Mr. Ashish Kumar Singh is currently working as Head (Large Corporate & Mid Corporate) Underwriting at Axis Bank Limited. He has been with Axis Bank for over 22 years, with rich experience across the Wholesale bank in Relationship Management, Project Finance, Stressed Assets, Capital Market etc. He holds a B-Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT (BHU) Varanasi and has completed his PGDM from IIM Calcutta.

He held many Leadership roles with over three decades experience in building institutions focused in distressed Business Turnaround, Corporate Financing, Credit, Investments, built the largest AUM & investment in distressed corporates with many successful turnaround cases across wide ranging industries. He has delivered high quality returns to the stakeholders. Before Joining IDRCL, he occupied the position of Executive Vice President & Head – Corporate Turnaround at Asset Reconstruction Company India Limited (ARCIL) which is one of the premiere Asset Reconstruction Companies in the country. He was instrumental in placing ARCIL in market leadership position, where he built the largest AUM as Head Acquisition and delivered highest resolution volumes as Head Resolution with a complete life cycle exposure. At ARCIL, he largely contributed in delivering high quality turnarounds of many portfolio companies using multiple strategies.

He is an experienced legal professional with more than 25 years of experience in the banking Industry with extensive expertise in resolution of stressed assets. Mr. Panicker is a graduate in Law and has worked in various positions in legal departments of Development Financial Institutions and commercial Banks including Industrial Development Bank of India, ING Vysya Bank and Dena Bank. Before Joining IDRCL, Mr. Panicker worked as Executive Director and Head Litigations at JM Financial Asset Reconstruction Company Limited (JMFARC), where he was instrumental in successful drafting and implementation of Resolution Plans for some of the largest corporates in the country.

With a career spanning little over 25 years, he has served corporates like PRICEWATERHOUSE, National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), ICICI Bank, MCX, IARC etc. His diverse professional background helps in comprehensive understanding of financial management, accounting, and strategic issues. In his current profile, he has played a pivotal role in shaping up the company.
